Chevrolet Internet A-Z Sales Consultant:
SUMMARY
Your primary focus will be converting phone and internet leads to appointments, then converting those appointments to sales while providing our customers with the upmost customer satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a professional and positive approach to our customers as well as fellow co-workers
- Dress to display the professionalism of this position
- Work respectfully with managers as they aid you with information in which the customer may be trying to gather
- Adhering to any company policy
- Demonstrate punctuality
- Remain up to date with all Chevrolet training to maintain the highest level of product knowledge
- Attend managers’ training meetings and complete their weekly training
- Set goals with management on productivity and together map out how to achieve these goals (i.e. daily, weekly goals, etc.)
- Ensure customers information is logged and saved for future follow-up
- Ensure proper customer follow-up
- Ensure all leads are answered in a timely fashion
- Strive to exceed customer expectations
- Job duties are subject to change at the managers’ or dealer’s discretion
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer literacy
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Work well on teams as it is a team effort
- Willingness to learn to improve
Chevrolet Automotive Sales Consultant:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Have quality customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
