My experience with the service department at Ryan Chev was very positive. Work was completed on time, was made aware of some additional work that they recommended and had it done also. The service department without doubt is the reason I buy from the dealership.

The customer service is horrible. Aletha Wall has been giving me the run around every since I brought my vehicle in on 7-27-24. It is now August 5. Dealer was waiting for the Traverse to get delivered which took a 1-1/2 weeks to get to Monroe, and it took three days to get ready for purchase. The purchase was the smoothest procedure that I ever had experienced. The salesmen need more time to learn the infotainment center on the Traverse model. Understanding that they had not seen too many Traverses at the dealership.

Great place to do business ! They follow up after sales complete and go out of their way to make sure your satisfied!

The dealership is ok but when your vehicle is in shop they don’t want to give you on to us without having to call General Motors

Bringing my car up there where something is wrong with it. They needed to keep it without giving me a replacement car to get around in. They drove me all the way home in my car waisting my gas so the guy could bring it back to the shop. No customer service what so ever. Knowing I would have to find a ride back to get my car when done. Yall need to work on customer service if yall want some business. Very very unsatisfied with the service I got today.

The service was quick and efficient. Employees were professional and and courteous. The oil change cost was low.

I give this dealership 3 stars for service department because every time I take my vehicle in for service the cost is different. It can cost 68$ for oil change one time and 98$ for oil change the next time. And I never opt for any of the extras, so it’s always the same work being performed. It’s this way with both of my vehicles I have taken there.

Service was bad. The shop was not busy but I was told it would be an hour wait on an oil change. I waited and asked about reading my check engine light. I was told it would be a two hour wait. I have since had my xx engine light "read". It took 5 minutes to have it read and printed out. I had it done at a parts store. My observation at Ryan was a lot of guys walking around munching on sandwiches and sipping on coffee while I waited for an oil change.

sales dept was great, after purchasing a Certified vehicle with a clear car fax, later found out it had been repainted on passenger side, and Ryan Auto would not stand behind their certification very disappointed . I will be finding a new Dealership to go to for my next truck.

Body work and paint on my car was poorly done. My car was filthy with a white residue throughout. Do not trust this dealership with your vehicle. Believe the bad reviews.

Service was very good. Friendly. I don't have anything bad to say. I wish that the service waiting room was more friendly and inviting. Other Chevrolet dealerships I have had service with had donuts, fruit and fresh coffee for the customer in service waiting room. They did have coffee but it was old. I will be returning for future service on both of my vehicles.

Mr. Hunter worked deligently meeting our needs. He was very professoional and accomadating. Provided a complete overview and connected all features and worked with our lender to ensure we were able to get our car immediately. Provided lending options to ensure we got the best deal.

Took 3 days to get oil change appointment. Other than that, the tires were not checked. My on board computer show left front tire under inflated 3 lbs.

Purchased my car from them brand new in 2012. In 2017 started having problems with the car shutting off randomly while driving. Took it to my personal mechanic and he didn't have the proper diagnostic tools to find the issue. So after spending over $700 on repairs that we thought would fix the problem but did not... We took it to Ryan Chevrolet and they had my car for 2 weeks. Charged me over $100 just to put it on a diagnostic machine.. and still couldn't find a problem and claimed they couldn't get it to act up while it was there. ...

Had a nail in my tire and needed immediate service. Pulled in without an appointment, no problem. Asked if they could also do an oil change and this was also handled. Had a promotional postcard for a discount on an oil change, so when checking out asked if it would apply. The young lady had already applied the discount. If you deal with any shop, sooner or later, you will have a problem. However, 99% of the time, I have had no problems. ]

Brought car in for the ABS light and Mrs.Amanda took great care of me . she checked for the warranties parts and not to long the mechanic had the part on and i was out of there . Great service!!!

Purchased a 2015 Silverado High Country for appox $45k. Eight weeks later, there was extreme vibration. My dealership revealed tires were never balanced, never had a wheel weight. Tires must be replaced at a cost of $1600. Ryan refuses to accept responsibility that they didn't inspect the vehicle prior to sale. Will not pay for tires. Buy somewhere else.

I had an appointment for an oil change on Friday November 24th at 2:00. I make it there about 130 and give my keys to the guy in the bay. I proceed to the waiting area and about 15 minutes later I see several guys pushing my car up the bay and get a battery charger to use on my car. I ask them what’s the problem and they said my car won’t start and I can pay $99 to have it put on the diagnostic machine or have it towed. It was showing Service Theft Deterrent System. On 4/11/2017 I took my pickup to the Ryan to have the door handle fixed/repaired or whatever needed to fix it. Of course the cost ended up being much more than quoted. What really got me was the fact that someone at the dealership scratched up the inside paneling of the door that the handle was replaced. I pointed this out to the Service Writer. my husband took his truck to ryan chev to have some recalls fixed. they initially told him it would take a couple of days. They have kept the truck over a week now.
