To Whom it May Concern: On 7/10/08, my daughter Mechelle and myself was out looking to purchase a 08 Chevy Tahoe, we had visited a few dealerships before going to Ryan Chevrolet. We had some pleasant experience with unknowledgable and pushy salespeople. I told my daughter that we should try one more place, that was Ryan Chevrolet. As we came to your dealership we were approached by a salesperson he introduced himself as Bryan Tucker. We told him what we were looking for my daughter had done her homework on the computer and had a list of 08 tahoe's. Bryan took the list and in just a minute he found one of the vehicles on the list. Bryan showed me these two ways to finance I finally decided on 0% interest for 72 months. Bryan is very friendly and knowledgable salesperson. Dear Mr. Ryan: On Monday, May 25, 2010, I was unable to start my 2008 Saturn Aura to go work. As I had just been called by a co-worker that she would be unable to come to work that day, and another co-worker was on vacation, I knew that I would not have the time to deal with my car and help my employer. I borrowed my neighbor's car to go to work and called Ryan Chevrolet for help. I am writing you to let you know that the srevice I received was wonderful. Since I was at work and unable to tend to this problem myself, I called Sarah Thomas, who sold me my Saturn (even though she is now working in Used Car Sales for Ryan Chevrolet) to see if she could suggest what I might do. She was so helpful in everything that she did fro me, contacting the Service Department and even calling the Towing Service when I couldn't get them on my lunch break. I just wanted to let you know that the sales and service staff taht you employ has my car back to me before I got off from work that same afternoon. Casey Keys, Assistant Service Manager, has always been most courteous with problems and routine maintenance for me, also. Saturn has sent me a Complimentary Maintenance Certificate for the nest year and only asks me to share my thoughts about my Saturn Authorized Service Provider. Dear Ryan's, I'm writing to thank you for service above and beyond the call of duty during our recent stay in Monroe. Due to a death in the family, we made a sudden trip from Omaha, Nebraska to Monroe, arriving Friday, September 8. As we started the trip we heard a noise from the front end of our '99 Cadillac Deville, and at highway speeds on the wheel, fearing that at any time something could happen that would leave us stranded on the side of the road, or worse. (Try 900 miles of that soemtime!) The funeral services were held on the weekend, but we wanted someone to at least look at the problem and advise us before we drove the car any furthur, or headed for home. First thing Monday morning, Sept 11th, I called your service department and explained our situation, and asked if someone might be able to look at the car if we brought it in. The lady who answered the phone unhesitatingly said "yes" and told me to ask for Travis when I arrived. i didn't have to ask for Travis. When I pulled up he immediately came out and asked if I had noise in the front end , and went with me on a short ride to hear the problem. There wasn't an open slot when we returned to the srevice department, but he said they's get it in as soon as possible. Before my ride could arrive to diagnosis, and estimated that you could have the car repaired by 1:30 or 2:00 (which I found amazing in itself), and offered to do some necessary brake work while they were in there, at no additional labor charge. At 11:45 am Travis called again, to tell me that the car would be ready in about 15 minutes. He put two men on the job to get it done as quickly as possible. We returned, picked up the car, and were on the road before the lunch hour was over. Now, judging from the four intake lanes at the entrance to your service department, with cars constantly pulling in while I was there, you have no shortage of work; and the fact you were able and willing to not only fit me in unexpectedly on a Monday morning, but to do it so quickly, and to finish the work ahead of the promised schedule impresses me greatly. I know that an extra effort was made, but it was done smoothly and professionally, without even calling attention to the fact. When I picked up the car, Travis wasn't around- he may have been at lunch-so I was unable to thank hin personally. I would appreciate if it you would give him a copy of this letter along with my thanks. He and Ryan Auto Group team solved a difficult problem for us at a trying time, and we are grateful. Dear Mr. Thad Ryan, III I am writing to tell you what an incrdible experience I had buying my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban from your dealership. Admittedly mu husband usually takes care of all the business dealings and "wheeling and dealing" for a car has always been one of his strong suits. I found exactly the car I had been looking for, for over a year doing a search online at cars.com and came by just to check it out on Thursday morning. I walked in the building with my 7 1/2 year old son in tow and were behind the wheel taking a spin and, for me, falling in love with my new "ride". Here's the part of the story where most people can become agitated- sitting down to talk. I told Mr. Jerkins exactly what we could afford to do and what we had to work with. Long story short, even my husband was suprised by and proud of the business I had taken care of and before the night's end I knew it was probably going to be mine. I am sure you've heard many stories like this before, but I must tell you what an incredibly pleasant experience this was for me. George Aycock was wonderful to deal with. He took care of the smallest yet most important details to me; for example, he helped me strugglw to re-install two children's carseats and worked diligently and professionally to make this experience even more enjoyable. I told him of my problem and he immediately told me that he could get the job done if he could find the part needed. If our questions were not able to be answered immediately, they researched and got back with us as soon as possible. To Whom It May Concern: I wish to commend the excellent customer service provided by one of your employees, Berkley Lowery. Berkley was courteous and friendly each time she assisted me. As a former Customer Service Supervisor, I am very contentious about good customer service. I am a new owner of a Chevrolet truck, so my recent visits to the service department were the first. I encountered an issue trying to get the accurate diagnosis for a problem with my vehicle. As a result, I was told I would have to pay for the services, because it was not accurately diagnosed until after my GMC warranty expired. I was prepared to pursue this issue with GMC and the service manager. However, I spoke with Berkley on a Friday to discuss the situation and recall my previous visits to the service center. She courteously and professionally acknowledged my situation and gracefully acknowledged the oversight by the service center. I returned my truck to the service center the following Monday, per her instructions, and it was fixed the same day. As customers we often take time to complain and write letters of discontent. So I wanted to take time to write a sincere letter of gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary service performed by Ms. Lowery. Keep up the great work providing friendly customer service. We drove a Camry rental in Canada for the past two weeks, and it can't match the Malibu on either looks or driving enjoyment. Cyndi We have been buying cars from Ryan Chevrolet for over a decade. The reason we stay with Ryan is because of the service. They take really good care of us. My husband was looking for a used Truck and knew exactly what he wanted and what he wanted to spend. Within 3 weeks Ryan had that exact truck!! Over the years we have bought 8 vehicles and we wouldn't think of going any where but Ryan Chevrolet. I recommend them to all my family and friends!
   

Outstanding After being injured in a car wreck in late 2007, where my car was totaled. I did not feel like dealing with searching around for a new truck. It seemed almost instantly that Ryan Chevrolet had found me the exact used truck I had specified, for less than the amount I had told them. Additionally, Tracy Smith and all the guys of the service department do an outstanding job. My Starter went out so I brought my car to Ryan Chevrolet, within a day or so they were already calling, asking me when i wanted to pick up my vehicle. I also take my truck to them for every oil change, the speed and customer service of Ryan Auto Group is sensational. I will never go anywhere else. I wish google would let me give them a rating of 100 stars.
